- Booking and payment information (processed securely through third-party providers such as Square).
- Photographs or videos, but only with your permission.

Your information is collected to:
- Provide safe and appropriate coaching and exercise sessions.
- Assess your readiness for physical activity.
- Contact you regarding bookings or changes to classes.
- Meet my legal and insurance obligations.
- Improve my services.
- Send occasional updates or marketing emails where you have chosen to receive them.
How is your information stored?
Your information is stored securely using password-protected systems. I take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe and confidential.
How long do I keep your information?
I will only keep your information for as long as necessary for legal, insurance and business purposes. Health and booking records are retained for up to seven years after your last session to meet legal, insurance and business record-keeping requirements, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Who do I share your information with?
I will never sell your personal information or share it for marketing purposes.
Your information will only be shared if:
- you have given your permission;
- I am legally required to do so; or
- it is necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others (for example, in a medical emergency).
Payment providers such as Square will process your payment information under their own privacy policies.

- Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
- Request that your information is deleted where appropriate.
- Withdraw your consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
