Hey there! I am Paola.
Like you, I am juggling multiple roles – I am a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, a devoted mamma to my energetic 8-year-old, and an Italian who fell in love with the UK and made it my home in 2009.

My journey to becoming a Health Coach and Personal Trainer?
It is quite a story! Picture a young girl in Italy, spending her afternoons mastering spins on roller skates before transitioning to athletics, where the long jump and 400-meter track became my second home. For 20 years, sports wasn’t just my hobby – it was my life.
Five hours of training every day taught me discipline and resilience, while also revealing some tough lessons about stress and the lack of emotional wellbeing. (If you are curious about this chapter of my life, I have shared more in my blog.)
Life has a way of evolving, doesn’t it? In my 20s, I swapped competitive sports for art galleries and music festivals, discovering a whole new side of myself. This led me down an fascinating path – from developing a passion for organic skincare (yes, I became that person who reads every ingredient label!) to diving deep into nutrition and gut health in my 30s.
But do you know what really transformed my perspective? Becoming a mum.
Looking at my little one, I realised that children truly are our mirrors, and this sparked a profound journey of self-discovery.
I began working with a psychotherapist to understand those emotional gaps from my athletic days. Adding Buddhist meditation to my toolkit about four years ago was another game-changer:
it’s amazing how something as simple as breathwork can bring so much peace and clarity.
Here is something I have learned: balancing life as a parent while pursuing your passions isn’t easy, but it’s so worth it.
While raising my son Axel, I followed my calling and trained as a Health Coach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2024 and then as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2025.
My background in marketing and years of customer service have given me a unique ability to truly listen and connect with people – skills that prove invaluable in both Health Coaching and PT.
When I’m not coaching or training clients, you’ll find me pursuing passions that nourish my mind and spirit.
I love escaping to meditation retreats, immersing myself in nature, sport, sound baths, exploring the vibrant world of live music with my other half, and taking peaceful forest walks. My bookshelf is always stocked with the latest nutrition and wellness reads, and I find immense joy in experimenting with healthy, creative recipes in the kitchen.
p.s. and in the last year I even went back to roller skating after 30 years!
I have found a dancing roller skating club here in Milton Keynes and I gave myself a new challenge: to become a graceful dancer on roller skates!

As a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, I divide my time between:
• Proudly delivering NHS Type 2 Diabetes Prevention & Remission programs and NHS Long Term Condition Programs (the latter for people living with hypertension).
• Supporting women in my private practice both as Health Coach and as Personal Trainer
I help individual who are ready to make changes to their health through sustainable lifestyle and behavioural changes. Whether it’s about the way you eat, how you feel in your body, how you move, sleep, restore, or connect, my approach is to meet you exactly where you are.
Together, we’ll create a personalised blueprint to help you feel healthier, stronger and more at home in your body.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:
- Looking to feel stronger, more confident and more at home in your body, with personalised movement and strength training that supports your health and wellbeing.
- Ready to make sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes to support your long-term health, whether that’s improving your relationship with food, managing your weight, supporting your blood sugar, or reducing your risk of Type 2 diabetes.
- Approaching perimenopause and wanting to better understand your changing body, while building habits that support your energy, strength and long-term health.
- Finding it difficult to make time for nourishing meals, and wanting to develop a way of eating that feels enjoyable, flexible and sustainable, not restrictive.
- Feeling depleted by the constant juggle of work, family and daily life, and looking for practical ways to restore your energy and prioritise your wellbeing.
- Wanting to slow down, feel more present, and learn simple ways to support your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
MY PRACTICE is rooted in core values of deep listening, compassionate presence, and a person-centred, holistic approach.
I work with the whole person: body, mind, and heart.
- My coaching blends: functional medicine, naturopathic and holistic health, deep listening, positive and humanistic psychology, NLP, and nervous system awareness.
- As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I bring knowledge and real-life experience of the female body: its strengths, changes, and needs.
I hold space for you to rebuild a strong, healthy connection with your body, your energy, and your overall well-being on your own terms, and in a way that lasts.
Together with my clients, we work around five essential pillars that I have found crucial for lasting wellbeing:
- CONNECTION: Nurturing relationships, including the one with yourself
- NOURISHMENT: Crafting nutritious meals that celebrate your body’s needs
- MOVEMENT: Finding ways to stay active that you enjoy
- SLEEP: Making rest a priority, not a luxury
- RESTORE: Creating space for mental and physical recovery

I meet you wherever you are on your journey, offering personalised 1:1 health coaching and personal training, both online and in person (I’m based in Milton Keynes).
Personal training is available in a private, welcoming gym environment or from the comfort of your own home, as one-to-one sessions or small groups (maximum five people), depending on what feels right for you.
Whether you’re taking your very first steps towards better health or looking to build on the progress you’ve already made, my role is to support, guide and empower you with practical tools, personalised strategies and compassionate accountability.
If you’re ready to stop starting over and build a healthier life that truly fits yours, I’d love to help you take that first step.
